Pool on a budget

Hope I'm doing this right ..
So I thought this Jam would be ideal for me to have a play with physics for the first time in Construct.
I started with some simple boxes , some balls and a cue. I managed to get some reasonable bounce going and got the cue to reposition itself at the white ball when everything came to rest.

Then I got the cue to orbit the white with the arrow keys to allow for aim.

All good, relatively fast progress, you could play and pot stuff.

Now came the fun of addressing the timing  & the legalities.
Let's say it was easier to alter national pool rules slightly to suit my ability.

I struggled a bit with a late white pot eg. you pot all the reds then the black, then the white goes in ... so I bodged a solution for that.
if you Pot the last red and the black in a single shot ... it will still count but I think I'll just change the rules of Pool again to suit :)
The cue was a nice idea but it was too cumbersome ... out it went., replaced with a directional mouse click.

Sounds came from a couple of walking sticks and a plastic cup catching a padlock.

I grabbbed some wood and brass textures and built a  passable table .... and uploaded

"Less is more" conjures up minimalism to me and this is minimalistic pool
It has less pockets than a standard pool table ... but more levels

Cheers
Judge
